This is one of two homes on the property, a private home with its own entrance and backyard. Soaring vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout make it feel larger than expected. The living area runs into the dining space and a fully equipped kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms sleep families, friends or small groups traveling together.

Out back, a private patio and yard give you a quiet outdoor spot of your own.

Guest access

Unit B is yours, including the interior and the private backyard patio attached to it. The neighboring home has its own entrance and backyard, and those are not included.

A few notes

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so no parties, loud gatherings or disturbances. Keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and after 9pm no sound should carry beyond the property line. That is a City of Austin rule and we enforce it.

No smoking anywhere on the property.

Travis Heights, close to SoCo.

Unit B sits in Travis Heights, in the middle of South Austin but on a quiet residential street. The area is defined by tree-lined blocks, classic homes and a slow local feel.

South Congress is the close one, with some of the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, stores and live music. Downtown, Lady Bird Lake and Zilker Park are all a short drive, which leaves you a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day.

    Loved our stay here in Austin. A great location, close to all restaurants and experiences around Austin. The house was in beautiful condition and it was perfect for our group of 5 in the three bedrooms. The master was very spacious. The air con was just what we needed in the warmer weather!

    We had such a great stay here. Easily five stars! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location. It was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do in Austin, which made getting around super easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

    Only a small heads-up for future guests with lower cars: the driveway is pretty steep. Our car scraped when we started to pull in. Not a big deal at all, and there’s street parking if needed!

    Overall a really great spot, highly recommend!

1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.

3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.

4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest's stay.

5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.

6. PETS - We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.

7. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.

8. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.

9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

10. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.

11. FIREPLACE - Use of the indoor fireplace is strictly prohibited.

12. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

13. PARKING - Guests may park in the driveway. Free street parking is available.

14. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests' stay. It is the Guests' responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host's ability.

The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)

*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.

15. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

Cancellation

Cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund, less a 3% payment processing fee. Inside 7 days, the booking is non-refundable.
