The space

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is straightforward to settle into. The ground floor has an open layout that combines the living room, dining area and full kitchen in one space, whether you are cooking, working or sitting on the couch. A half bathroom and the laundry room are on this level too.

Upstairs are all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms share the second full bath. Each room has comfortable beds and space to unpack.

The small front yard is a spot to sit outside, with games, and the garage allows for indoor parking with an EV charger.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so there is zero tolerance for parties, loud gatherings or disturbances. Keep noise at a reasonable level through the day, and after 10pm no sound should carry beyond the property line. Those are City of Austin rules.

The condo sits in North Austin, a short drive from The Domain and its restaurants, bars and retail, and from Q2 Stadium, home of Austin FC. Downtown is within reach when you want the music and nightlife, and this is a quieter place to come back to.

The area mixes residential streets with nearby hotspots. Coffee shops, food trucks and parks are all close by, and the major highways make getting across the city simple.

very nice, stayed here for my birthday. originally planned to go out and about in austin.. however the place was very nice, and aesthetically pleasing so a good, cozy, and enjoyable time was had there in the bnb. It is very nicely decorated and so spacious… i had 6 guests total!! we all gathered in the living room for card games, and had no problem with sleeping arrangements ! The laundry room is fully overstocked if even add lol with necessities in case of a run out… like toilet paper, cleaning supply, etc

The listing itself matched the photos provided, and the host was responsive and easy to reach. I really appreciated the communication.
However, upon arrival, I did not feel comfortable with the immediate surroundings. The area around the property included visible debris and neglected items along the street, and the overall environment felt less secure than I expected—especially as a solo female traveler. Because of this, I did not feel that the location was a good fit for me.
I’m sharing this so future guests can make an informed choice, particularly anyone traveling alone or prioritizing a sense of safety in the neighborhood.

The house itself was very modern and clean. Each room had its own cute/unique personality and comfortable beds. We woke up well rested each morning. The location itself wasn’t too far from the activities that we had planned. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The host was also very easy to communicate with and very helpful!

My friends and I had a lovely time here during the rainy 4th of July weekend. Clean, cozy, with comfortable beds, and a big enough table to play board games. The fireworks in the neighborhood did keep us up the first night, but that's not something that could have been helped. The property is only a few minutes away from The Crescent which has plenty of delicious Asian food options and cute shops to explore. Perfect for what the three of us were looking for in a nerdy girls weekend.
