A three-story home built around its outdoor space. The main floor opens straight onto a heated pool, a hot tub and a grill. Two floors up, a rooftop terrace with a fire pit looks out at the downtown skyline. Every bedroom opens onto a balcony or a terrace of its own.

The space

The main floor is one open room: kitchen, dining and living, with glass doors along the back. They lead to the pool, the hot tub, the grill and enough seating for everyone to be outside at once.

The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite has a wraparound balcony and its own bathroom. The other two open onto the terrace running along the back of the home.

The third floor is a loft that works as a fourth bedroom, with a queen bed and a futon that sleeps two more. It opens onto the rooftop terrace and the fire pit. Off it there's a small balcony with a hammock.

The whole home is yours. The garage isn't included.

A few notes

This is a residential street, so no parties or events, and nothing audible past the property line after 10pm. Those are City of Austin rules and we enforce them.

No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets. Children need an adult with them at the pool.

The neighborhood

A quiet street off Zilker.

Casa Sol sits on a quiet residential street with Zilker Park, Barton Springs and South Congress all close by. Near everything without being on top of it.

South Congress is the one to walk: shops, restaurants and live music along most of a mile. Barton Springs is a cold swim year round. Downtown is across the river, and the hike-and-bike trail runs along the near side of it.

    Our group had a wonderful time! The home itself was just what we wanted. Lots of space on the first floor to gather and spend time. Rooms were comfy and private. Loved the balconies and the pool. Enjoyed the location. Would absolutely recommend!!

    Beyond words. Stayed there for a week with my wife and 5 kids, ranging from 6 to 22, for our first visit to Austin. Ideal place for a large family. Everything included. Everything works. Neighborhood is quiet and feels secluded yet walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, zilker park and Barton springs. Super accommodating host. If I could give it one more star I would. We did not want to leave. Thanks for a great vacation

    This is the first time that I've arrived at a VRBO and found the property actually bigger than it looked in the photos! This is a spacious 4-bedroom property, and it was right in the middle of everything we like to do in Austin. There is a fantastic run from the front door, past Barton Springs to the Barton Creek/Town Lake running trail (almost exactly 4 miles from the house to the far side of the Lamar pedestrian bridge, out and back). Thoroughbread is a great little bakery just around the block with great sourdough and blueberry scones. Terry Black's barbecue, Matt's El Rancho, the original Chuy's, the Green Mesquite, Loro fusion, Amy's ice cream,and Sandy's Burgers (an oldie but goodie), "the back entrance" to Barton Springs pool, and even the Broken Spoke were all within 5 minutes by car, and wouldn't have been a hard walk for a reasonably fit person, though probably a pretty sweaty walk. For our family, this area of the city is Austin's beating heart! The next ring outwards (10-12 mins by Waymo/Uber) includes the classic shopping/food of SoCo , Whit Hank antiques, Waterloo Records, the iconic Congress Ave "bat bridge", and the evening "Blues on the Green" free concerts at Zilker Park.In short, this location is *perfect*, the accommodation was very comfortable, with balconies or connected outdoor spaces for every bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was small but surprisingly big enough for our crew, and very refreshing after a long hot day out. Five Stars!

    The house was a great place for family activities and beautifully decorated . The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were soft. One surprise was that the hot tub was not always heated and required communication with the host to turn on. Also we were a bit uncomfortable with a camera facing directly at the hot tub. Lastly, on the evening that we tried to use the grill it was out of propane. While we were told that there was propane near, I did not feel that we should have to deal with that. On the whole these issues were minor, just something to note for this price point. Throughout the host was very responsive to all our questions. Over all it was a beautiful home. We would stay here again.

    I recently stayed at this Airbnb for two full weeks, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The space was cozy, clean, and well-maintained with all the essentials—comfortable bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and fresh linens that made it feel like home right away.
    The location was ideal, right in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to some of the hottest restaurants around. I loved being able to walk to top-rated spots for every meal, whether it was casual bites or upscale dining, all just steps away. The proximity to beautiful parks was another highlight, with serene paths perfect for daily walks and morning jogs that added a refreshing touch to my stay.
    What really stood out was the host’s quick responses and excellent service. They replied promptly to every message and were very accommodating with my special request for extra cleaning, which they handled smoothly and professionally. It made the whole two weeks seamless and worry-free.

    Gorgeous house! My family and I needed a place to stay for one night in Austin after wedding dress shopping and this house was amazing!! Very spacious, a gorgeous and well stocked kitchen, and the living room was perfect for hanging out. The entire house was gated which was nice and the neighborhood felt safe. The bathrooms were great but the windows didn’t have any blinds or anything (there was like a shaded area about halfway up the window) so I felt *slightly* exposed as a woman when getting undressed to shower mainly since the homes are so close together but it didn’t alter my opinion or rating on this house, just something to be aware of. Still an amazing stay and I absolutely recommend it!

    The house exceeded our expectations and was the perfect setup for our weekend getaway. Jeremy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the refrigerator wasn’t working, although the freezer and wine fridge were fine. There was a mini fridge available for us to use, but it was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Austin!

1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.

3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.

4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest's stay.

5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.

6. PETS - We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.

7. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.

8. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.

9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

10. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.

11. POOL & HOT TUB - Swimming is at your own risk. All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. For your safety, no diving or jumping into the pool is permitted. Please do not run around the pool area.

Please keep all glass and food away from the pool, and clean up after yourselves.

Please keep noise levels to a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.

Do not tamper with pool equipment or attempt to adjust pool settings.

If there are any issues with the pool, or anything is broken and/or spilled into the pool, please contact us immediately.

12. BBQ GRILL - If you plan to use BBQ - please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please call management. This is to ensure your safety. The BBQ grill is in the backyard and is propane gas operated. We ask that Guests clean up the grill after each use, including pouring out the drip pan. Failure to do so may incur a grill cleaning fee of $100.

When finished using the grill, please ensure that the propane valve AND grill burners are shut off. Failure to do so may damage the property and Guests will be held liable for any damage that result.

13. FIRE PIT - The rooftop fire pit should be used responsibly at all times. Never leaveit unattended while in use. Always turn the propane off completely after use. Keep flammable items away from the flames, and do not place anything on top of the unit. Make sure it is fully off before heading in for the night.

14. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

15. PARKING - Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Guests do not have access to the garage. Free street parking is also available.

16. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests' stay. It is the Guests' responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host's ability.

The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)

*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.

17. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

Cancellation

Cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund, less a 3% payment processing fee. Inside 7 days, the booking is non-refundable.
