A design-driven home built around a heated pool and a mural wall. The ground floor opens straight onto the water through sliding glass. The space

Inside the main home, the ground floor is one open room: kitchen, dining and living, with large glass doors that slide open to the pool. 2 guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are also on this floor. Upstairs is the primary suite with a large private bathroom and a balcony with a hanging egg chair. 2 more guest bedrooms are on that floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and they share a balcony.

Outside, a separate loft sits up its own stairs: a bedroom with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, a full bathroom and a small coffee station. Glass doors open onto a private patio with a fire pit and lounge seating.

Below the loft is a fully equipped gym with free weights, a stationary bike, yoga gear, mirrors, a bench and a fridge stocked with chilled towels. There's a sauna as well.

The exterior is the center of it. A large heated pool and a hot tub are surrounded by lounge chairs and daybeds, with a colorful mural along one wall. There's a huge outdoor dining table, a grill with prep space and a built-in cooler.

A few notes

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so no parties or loud gatherings, and nothing audible past the property line after 10pm. Those are City of Austin rules and we enforce them.

No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets. Children need an adult with them at the pool.

The neighborhood

In the middle of East Austin.

The ArtHaus sits in East Austin, a few blocks from some of the city's best coffee shops, food trucks and restaurants. Texas barbecue, craft cocktails and a morning pastry are all within walking distance.

Rosewood Park is close by, with green space, trails and a community pool. East 6th Street and its bars and live music venues are a short ride. SXSW and ACL are both easy to get to from here, and the street itself stays quiet.

    Our family had an amazing stay at this home in Austin! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The pool was definitely the highlight and gave everyone a great place to relax and spend time together. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

    The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy from check-in to checkout. The location was convenient, and we felt right at home throughout our visit.

    We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin with family or friends!

    This Airbnb is most definitely the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I have been to several. Jeremy and team were extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. The house was amazing and beautifully appointed. My guest absolutely love it. The location is amazing...you will be close to downtown for all the fun and restaurants but also have quiet when needed. I would for sure stay here again.

    House is as described and comfortable for a family get together of 12 people. Minimally stocked, so plan accordingly. Not very flexible with respect to checkin which is already fairly late, although we were able to get in a couple of hours earlier after insisting (note that digital lock won’t allow you in before 4pm). Definitely overpriced for the neighborhood, but relatively close to most things especially in East Austin.

    Perfect Blend of Work and Play!We stayed at The ArtHaus for a girls’ working trip and couldn’t have picked a better place! The home is stunning beautifully designed with plenty of spaces to sit, work, and unwind together. It was the perfect balance of productivity and relaxation.We hired a private chef to cook dinner one night, and the kitchen was amazing. It was fully equipped, spacious, and a dream to cook in. Every area of the house was thoughtfully set up for comfort, from the stylish living spaces to the pool, sauna, and hot tub.Jeremy, the host, was absolutely fantastic! Super responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish.We can’t recommend The ArtHaus enough for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway that’s ideal for both work and play!

1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.

3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.

4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest's stay.

5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.

6. PETS - We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.

7. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.

8. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.

9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

10. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.

11. POOL & HOT TUB - Swimming is at your own risk. All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. For your safety, no diving or jumping into the pool is permitted. Please do not run around the pool area.

Please keep all glass and food away from the pool, and clean up after yourselves.

Please keep noise levels to a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.

Do not tamper with pool equipment or attempt to adjust pool settings.

If there are any issues with the pool, or anything is broken and/or spilled into the pool, please contact us immediately.

12. BBQ GRILL - If you plan to use BBQ - please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please call management. This is to ensure your safety. The BBQ grill is in the backyard and is propane gas operated. We ask that Guests clean up the grill after each use, including pouring out the drip pan. Failure to do so may incur a grill cleaning fee of $100.

When finished using the grill, please ensure that the propane valve AND grill burners are shut off. Failure to do so may damage the property and Guests will be held liable for any damage that result.

13. SAUNA - To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for all guests:
- Clothing must be worn at all times—no nudity allowed
- Do not bring food, drinks, or personal items into the sauna
- Do not tamper with the sauna settings beyond basic use
- Limit your time inside and never use the sauna alone
- Sauna use is at your own risk—we are not responsible for injury from overuse or misuse
- Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult
- Do not unplug, move, or alter the sauna in any way
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the sauna
- Please use the sauna responsibly and with care.

14. GYM - Use all gym equipment at your own risk.
- Guests must be 16 years or older to use the gym.
- Always return equipment to its proper place after use.
- No food or glass containers are allowed in the gym.
- Please keep the area tidy and respectful for all guests.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

15. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

16. PARKING - Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway and carport. Parking in the garage is prohibited. Free street parking is also available.

17. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests' stay. It is the Guests' responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host's ability.

The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)

*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.

18. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

Cancellation

Cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund, less a 3% payment processing fee. Inside 7 days, the booking is non-refundable.
